Personal Safety Expert David Nance appears on Fox & Friends, cables #1 morning news show to show co-host Gretchen Carlson how to use SABRE RED pepper spray the right way.

“Knowing how to protect yourself and how to use pepper spray to defend yourself is no joke”, says Gretchen. Pepper spray is “so practical”.

Nance shows Gretchen how to properly grip the spray using your thumb and how to arm/disarm the spray. Pepper spray is so effective because it causes the eyes to slam shut giving you the opportunity to escape. A good pepper spray has a shelf life of four (4) years and pepper spray is now legal to carry in all 50 states.

One of the most practical ways to protect yourself, pepper spray’s biggest advantage is that it allows you to protect yourself and your family from a safe distance. Why go hands on when the attacker could be faster, stronger, more skilled and knows when the attack will begin. Keep a safe distance with pepper spray.

Pepper spray can be purchased at sporting goods stores, drug stores, hardware stores, automotive stores and national retailers including Big 5 Sporting Goods, Amazon.com, Rite Aid & Office Depot.

“Making Grown Men Cry Since 1975”, SABRE RED is the world’s most popular pepper spray. Visit http//:www.sabrered.com for more information.

I think the only practical thing that was said was to hold the pepper spray in a way that you could strike someone if needed (and perhaps stepping to the side). Everything else is just ridiculous and impractical. In a real life scenario when someone wants to attack you it will happen so fast that no-one will have the time to pull out your your pepper spray or bring it up, aim it just right, unlock it. hope their is no wind or some other environmental condition that will change your aim and then actually get them in the small area of their eyes while they're moving around towards you all while your own heart rate is elevated and adrenaline and fear is flowing through your body. And if you have time to do all of that and warn them to step away then you had time to actually get away or do something even more practical and proper to defend yourself. Pepper spray can work in rare occasions but in general is just a marketing ploy and gimmick and for the average person it is not a proper self defense tool or approach one should take. It instills false confidence and can actually put them in greater danger.
