Parenting autism can be a difficult job, especially when you have not got access to the help you need or advice yo need.

In this video The Aspie World and Kevin Chapman discuss what it’s like parenting children with autism and fathering autism, with some tips and tricks thrown in.

Children with autism are always in need of understanding and anyone with an autism spectrum disorder will tell you that it is the understanding that is the hardest part.

Parenting autism isn’t easy but with access to the right help and advice you can be a pro in no time. Parenting children with autism is a blessed job and one you should be proud of having.

As a parent who is just starting the journey of having our son diagnosed. Your Aspie world vidoes are great for both my son and I to watch. Really liked this video for me to watch. Thank you! so much!

Great videos which are a godsend for a newly diagnosed HFA. Do you have any videos or info on being an autistic/aspergers parent? I've just been diagnosed at 42 and trying to come to grips with what it means for me and my family. I am particularly interested in finding info on how my HFA affects my role as Mum to my 2 very cool little kids. I don't cope well with change or surprises, I'm intolerant of noise, and don't like visitors. I've crafted a life which works OK for me but I'm now realising how limiting some of these things are likely to be for raising happy healthy kids! So far I've found loads about raising autistic kids, but nothing about being an autistic parent. Any ideas?

Hello again, so review, single mom 10 yr old son we both have aspergers (recently diagnosed). My son also has narcolepsy with cataplexy so we battle with sleep and weight gain. On top of the sensory and social difficulty. I want to thank you guys for offering a support to the public. It definitely helps to know I'm not alone. Please keep posting.

Hello there , I have a few questions. My son is 5 years old. He is on the spectrum and i have a hard time getting him to use the toilet. I brought him a toilet seat but he hates using it. Any advice. Also he hates taking baths. He bites on his toothbrush when he has to brush his teeth. He is still wearing pull ups i am trying to get him into big boy underwear. He hates feeding himself and he is a picky eater. Thanks for reading……

I was told in my therapy session that I do have autism. It kind of hit me hard. I always kind of knew, but being told bluntly really shocked my system. Can you maybe do a video about the reaction you had?

Hey! I love you channel 💖. I was wondering if you could talk about Aspergers and Video Games. Because my 6 year old is an Aspie and I was just wondering how video games will affect him if he played or if it’s a good idea to let him play at all?
