How I became a millionaire in real estate by 26

Here’s my story of skipping college, pursing real estate sales at 18 years old, and becoming a millionaire by the time I turned 26. While this video mainly focuses on my successes, it wasn’t easy and it came with many sacrifices, of which I’ll outline in future videos to come. If you like it, subscribe – also feel free to post any questions or comments below if you have any suggestions.

This is my first attempt at making a YouTube video, go easy on me :)

I like this video a lot, by the way your grades are not shitty. I teach after school in my college to help students in my year group who struggle; I do it because I revise that way and I also came from Iraq to London in 2010 and no one helped me. So I wanted to help others. I found out that no one is stupid, ever; it's just the way you revise and study. Nice video by the way and very motivational.

Hey I gotta say that's the best video of advice I've seen yet I really would like to know more on location and detail about the leases and how I can make better of the things I do like presentation and the way people look at you I'm jus getting into this but my dads been in it for 45 years but I wanna know what properties are better and what to look for in a property please write bak or make another video I really wanna take note and fully understand this more?

  29. David LindgrenMay 25, 2017 at 2:51 am

Lose the sunglasses. I don't see the need to hide your eyeballs. Congratulations on your alleged success, but I'm not going to trust anyone so young as 26. I wonder if you lost your ass in real estate like so many people have done, you'd still think it was an amazing industry. Oh yeah, lose the cuss words , too. Nobody needs those.

This is what YouTube was made for. I love that it's simple raw and just real. No bullshit, no waiting until the very end and leaving disappointed. Just a great overall story. Great job man! I created a video a couple weeks ago telling my story of how I bought my first house at 22 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSP-MZvWC70&t=2s). You remind me so much of myself. Now I travel the world and run my real estate business from Vancouver. Keep up the great work. Would love to meet you one day :)
