If I am buyer B, and seller A got a hold of the information that buyer C was willing to pay higher cash for seller A's property, wouldn't seller A just want to deal straight with buyer C? How do I prevent that? Do I do it in secret without seller A meeting buyer C or how does this work?

alot of details left out in my opnion. good video but to me this all seems like it would work in the perfect world. what if cash buyer finds out seller will sell for lower after you tell him its a double closing. cant he just kick you to the curb and go directly to seller because he has the money and doesnt need you. again video was clear and easy. hopefully you could clear some of this up for us
