This is becoming one of my favorite things to watch lately. As a college student stressed out about grades, jobs, tests, etc…. the life advice and motivation for the vlogs really helps put things in perspective, especially when they show firsthand how Ryan grinds out everyday.

Ryan I feel like I get the authentic you in the vlogs. You seem different to the Ryan on MDL. I love this Ryan also btw. Great advice I will keep it in mind.

Your cameraman is in severe need, when following you on foot, of a steadicam stabilizer gimbal.

They're made for phone camera's specifically also.

Currently getting my broker's license in MN and NV and working to expand my family's real estate brokerage. You were spot on about focusing on the progress over the goal. It makes everyday and every inevitable struggle so much more worth it when you can feel the progress happening. Great Vlog!

I love your character and how you explain things !!
I recently graduated from college and I have a traditional 8-5 job as an HR assistant/payroll clerk. I have weekends off and I want to invest into a side career. To me real estate seems like something I would be down to do as a part time job mostly since it’s a “you build your own times and workload” do you feel it’s something that is doable for someone in my position? I’m pretty sure I can do the studying and tests to get my license but I wanted to see if you suggest if as something that would be worth my time.

I was planning on selling and the agent I wanted to use “followed up” constantly. To the point it was annoying and I found someone else.

Hi Loida and greetings from Cannes, South of France. Question for you please : how do you educate customers about respecting your private time and prevent them from calling at 11pm, on Sunday mornings at 7am, Christmas Eve, etc … ? After one year of hard work, my private time is becoming a mess :-) Thank you

Just be honest. A new agent either needs a spouse or significant other supporting them, 10-15 grand put away or to live with their parents. This isn't selling cars where you can actually make a paycheck in your first month. I'm in it for the long haul and have no delusions about pulling 100k my first year. This is one of those jobs where you have to sow A LOT of seeds and be patient. Sure lightning can strike but dont count on it.

Have you ever done a video about when you should stop contacting someone who has constantly said no? In other words if a potential client has said that he or she is not interested in your services at what point do you stop following up with them? Also if a potential client has clearly demonstrated that he or she is not interested in your services in no uncertain terms, is it advisable to stop contacting that person?

After closing, can the buyer change their mind, like asking for a refund?

Is there a time frame after closing that buyers have before the deal is nonrefundable?
