This guys a liar. When someone says "Honestly…." or "Truth is…." what they say after that tends to be a lie. A good test: Ask them something you know the answer to already…something they have no reason to lie about. Then ask them about the thing you think they lying about….. observable differences in the response (tone of voice, mannerisms and ofc body language) would suggest they are lying. Pay the cost to be the boss.

Is this an actual deal of his?! Why is a guy that says he has a $350,000,000 portfolio getting all excited doing deals that net $9,000-$16,000 a year? I mean it does sound like a good deal… but this should be making pennies for this dude. Shouldn't he be looking for deals that are $90,000-$160,000 a year at this point?

Confused. 12 units at 2000 per means loan cost eats that amount at 24,000. Return is only just over 3% if he manages to raise 300 per unit. Good deal?
